We’re looking for talented individuals to join our team and help serve our growing client base together.

YOUR PROFILE

You’re a Project Management expert with at least 2 years of experience managing multiple client portfolios across a variety of marketing projects. With your strong communication skills, you’re the passionate driving force behind our projects.

• You’re a top-notch communicator and problem solver.
• Planning, organizing, managing, leading, and executing projects is totally your thing!
• You’ve got great people skills with a commercial mindset.
• You have experience managing marketing projects and proudly consider yourself a digital native.

YOUR ROLE

You’re the key link between the client and the internal team. You take full responsibility for coordinating various projects or assignments, ensuring they’re delivered on time and within budget. You work closely with our strategists, creatives, marketers, and developers to build successful campaigns.

You know the client like no one else. That’s why you create project briefings and gather input so the team can move into creation mode. You’re also encouraged to take part in the creative and strategic process to help achieve brilliant results together.

As the engine that keeps our projects and teams running smoothly, you’ll work from our Antwerp office at least 4 days a week, with one day of your choice to work from home.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Project Management role, preferably at an agency or on marketing-related projects.
• “Organized” is your middle name, and you have a keen eye for detail.
• As the go-to person for our clients, you’re both reliable and reachable—you hardly ever miss an email or call.
• Tight deadlines, ad hoc requests, or last-minute changes don’t scare you. You work well under pressure and stay resilient when challenges arise.
• You’re a strong communicator, both in writing and speaking, in Dutch and English.
• You’re a true people person who thrives on human interaction, while keeping all stakeholders’ interests in mind.
• You love taking initiative — also proactively — and inspire your team to go that extra mile.
• You’re familiar with (or quick to pick up) project management tools for planning, budgeting, and project coordination.
• And most importantly: you’re incredibly excited to grow with your fellow project managers and the entire Purple Panda team toward becoming Agency of the Year!
