YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, account or project management
- Proven track record in both strategic marketing planning and hands-on execution
- Strong copywriting skills (Dutch & English) and analytical insight into campaign data
- Familiar with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, etc.
- Clear communicator who takes ownership and thinks proactively
- Comfortable with project tools like Teamleader or similar
- Agency experience is a strong plus
- You bring energy, initiative and flow to the team
- You have leadership potential – or existing experience in team coaching and mentoring
YOUR ROLE
You are the vital link between strategy and execution, between client and internal team, between planning and delivery.
You think strategically about marketing plans, campaigns and customer journeys – but you’re just as happy getting hands-on with a media plan, copy draft or campaign report. Your mission? Making digital marketing projects impactful and effective.
You’ll manage active projects across marketing (and occasionally design/dev), keeping structure, deadlines, team flow and quality on track.
In time, or right from the start, you’ll also take on a coaching role within our marketing and project teams, helping both people and processes grow.
This role requires both strong strategic insight and a willingness to contribute operationally – particularly when it comes to copywriting, reporting and quality control.
You take ownership, think in solutions, and aren’t afraid to explore creative paths.
You collaborate closely, but you also lead – because impact starts with commitment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
STRATEGY & EXECUTION
- Develop strategic marketing plans and media strategies for clients
- Write and edit content for ads, emails and landing pages (Dutch & English)
- Actively monitor campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) and optimise where needed
- Report clearly on performance, drawing out insights, conclusions and recommendations
- Safeguard the quality of deliverables from marketers, copywriters, designers and more
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Plan and coordinate digital projects from start to finish
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for your clients, translating briefings into concrete deliverables
- Guide and support team members across marketing, design and development
- Monitor scope, timelines, resources and reporting for each project
- Juggle multiple projects and keep your cool in a dynamic environment
LEADERSHIP & TEAM DEVELOPMENT
- Coach and support junior/medior team members in marketing and project roles
- Help optimise our marketing approach and team structure
- Contribute to the development of our service offering and team growth
