Standing out in a crowded market with trust and professionalism
As a newcomer in a competitive market, Amidentis was looking for ways to quickly build a reliable flow of patients while making a network of specialists. Their goal? To stand out in a region full of dental options by exuding impeccable trust and professionalism.
A 360° approach to build a strong brand and patient flow
We created a 360° creative approach that helped Amidentis achieve its objectives quickly and efficiently, from branding to digital marketing. We started with an in-depth and thoughtful Growth Workshop to fully understand Amidentis’ vision and goals. This session resulted in a strong strategy that formed the basis for all subsequent steps.
We developed the name “Amidentis” which perfectly reflects the warm, welcoming atmosphere of the practice and emphasizes a patient-centered approach. The logo and visual identity were designed to create a professional yet approachable look, with a style guide for consistent branding.
A website was then developed according to the new branding, featuring user-friendly navigation and detailed information about the services and treatments offered. The site was designed to appeal to both patients and other healthcare professionals, providing a clear overview of their specializations.
To highlight the dentists and capture the atmosphere of the practice, we organized two photoshoots, reinforcing Amidentis’ warm and professional image.
We designed creative flyers that not only inform about the services but also strengthen the brand identity of Amidentis. These flyers were distributed in Brasschaat and the surrounding area to generate local awareness.
To further boost Amidentis’ presence, we also implemented targeted digital marketing campaigns. These campaigns were strategically structured to achieve specific goals:
- Awareness to increase brand awareness and position Amidentis as the new dental practice in the region.
- Traffic to generate website traffic, with the main goal of motivating visitors to register as new patients.
To achieve these goals, we used Meta Ads, Google Search campaigns, and Performance Max campaigns. This versatile approach ensured we achieved both broad reach and targeted results, addressing every phase of the marketing funnel — from brand awareness to conversions.

Amidentis is now firmly established in the dental market, with a strong brand identity that radiates both trust and professionalism. Thanks to the 360° approach of branding, web design, photography, and digital marketing, the practice has already made a solid start in building a reliable patient base.
