With your strong communication skills, you\u2019re the passionate driving force behind our projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You&#8217;re a top-notch communicator and problem solver.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Planning, organizing, managing, leading, and executing projects is totally your thing!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You\u2019ve got great people skills with a commercial mindset.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have experience managing marketing projects and proudly consider yourself a digital native.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">YOUR ROLE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You\u2019re the key link between the client and the internal team. You take full responsibility for coordinating various projects or assignments, ensuring they\u2019re delivered on time and within budget. You work closely with our strategists, creatives, marketers, and developers to build successful campaigns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You know the client like no one else. That\u2019s why you create project briefings and gather input so the team can move into creation mode. You\u2019re also encouraged to take part in the creative and strategic process to help achieve brilliant results together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As the engine that keeps our projects and teams running smoothly, you\u2019ll work from our Antwerp office at least 4 days a week, with one day of your choice to work from home.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">YOUR SKILLS<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ticking all these boxes? You work well under pressure and stay resilient when challenges arise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You\u2019re a strong communicator, both in writing and speaking, in Dutch and English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You\u2019re a true people person who thrives on human interaction, while keeping all stakeholders\u2019 interests in mind.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You love taking initiative \u2014 also proactively \u2014 and inspire your team to go that extra mile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You\u2019re familiar with (or quick to pick up) project management tools for planning, budgeting, and project coordination.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>And most importantly: you\u2019re incredibly excited to grow with your fellow project managers and the entire Purple Panda team toward becoming Agency of the Year!<\/li>\n<\/ul>",
