YOUR ROLE AS A STRATEGIST PANDA<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You are the strategic driving force behind our client journeys and lead our Digital Marketing Business Unit. You translate our clients\u2019 business objectives into sharp digital marketing strategies, and you lead the Panda team in implementing them effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You work on two levels. Across our accounts, you work with the other strategists to set out the strategic direction, monitor quality and raise the standard of the team. For a select group of clients, you take on the role of strategic account planner yourself: you are their dedicated strategist, ensuring direction and oversight, and making adjustments where necessary. The team handles the execution; you maintain the big-picture view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You don\u2019t just strengthen our approach; you also make it repeatable. By documenting your knowledge within our Panda Framework and passing it on to the team, you help our quality to grow without everything depending on you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

STRATEGY & AUDIT<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • You will lead strategic kick-off meetings and translate business objectives into digital goals, targets and KPIs<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • You will carry out digital audits, provide digital advice and map out the digital marketing strategy as a roadmap<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • You will design and oversee the strategy across accounts and set out the direction for the team to follow<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    STRATEGIC ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • You will be responsible for the strategic management of three to four digital accounts: you will be their dedicated point of contact and strategic partner<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • You will oversee the direction, maintain an overview and ensure results; implementation is partly the responsibility of the team, and where necessary, you will roll up your sleeves and get stuck in yourself<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • You will monitor the quality of the work carried out by fellow marketers, copywriters, designers, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      TEAM & QUALITIES<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      • You will lead the Digital Marketing Business Unit: you will manage the Digital Pandas, coach them and help them develop their strategic thinking<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • You will ensure the quality and consistency of strategy and execution across the whole team<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • You will help build our Panda Framework: you will standardise working methods, document best practices and ensure knowledge is transferable<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • You will contribute ideas on the development of our offering and the growth of the team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

        RESULTS AND GROWTH<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        • You monitor results against the agreed targets and make adjustments based on data<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • You develop strategic proposals for prospects and new projects, in collaboration with the business development team<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        • You keep a close eye on the digital landscape, new tools and AI developments, and incorporate them into our approach<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

          YOUR PROFILE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

          An experienced digital marketer with a strong strategic background and the composure to help a team grow. In practical terms, this means that you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            \n
          • have at least 7 years\u2019 experience in digital marketing, with strategy as your strongest area<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • are able to independently carry out a digital audit and draw up a strategy and roadmap<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • have experience in leading, managing and developing a team<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • have in-depth knowledge of digital marketing (SEA, social media, analytics, CRO, marketing automation) and the role that technology plays in this<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • are strong at client and stakeholder management at a senior level<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • are data- and results-driven and can translate figures into decisions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • have knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM and Looker Studio (or similar)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          • communicate clearly, provide direction and inspire people
            <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

            Experience in an agency is a big plus.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
