We\u2019re looking for an experienced and versatile professional who can connect strategy, execution and teamwork.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">YOUR PROFILE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, account or project management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven track record in both strategic marketing planning and hands-on execution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong copywriting skills (Dutch &amp; English) and analytical insight into campaign data<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Familiar with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear communicator who takes ownership and thinks proactively<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Comfortable with project tools like Teamleader or similar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agency experience is a strong plus<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You bring energy, initiative and flow to the team<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You have leadership potential \u2013 or existing experience in team coaching and mentoring<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">YOUR ROLE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You are the vital link between strategy and execution, between client and internal team, between planning and delivery.<br><br>You think strategically about marketing plans, campaigns and customer journeys \u2013 but you\u2019re just as happy getting hands-on with a media plan, copy draft or campaign report. Your mission? Making digital marketing projects impactful and effective.<br><br>You\u2019ll manage active projects across marketing (and occasionally design\/dev), keeping structure, deadlines, team flow and quality on track.<br><br>In time, or right from the start, you\u2019ll also take on a coaching role within our marketing and project teams, helping both people and processes grow.<br><br>This role requires both strong strategic insight and a willingness to contribute operationally \u2013 particularly when it comes to copywriting, reporting and quality control.<br>You take ownership, think in solutions, and aren\u2019t afraid to explore creative paths.<br>You collaborate closely, but you also lead \u2013 because impact starts with commitment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">WHAT YOU\u2019LL DO<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">STRATEGY &amp; EXECUTION<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Develop strategic marketing plans and media strategies for clients<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Write and edit content for ads, emails and landing pages (Dutch &amp; English)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actively monitor campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.) and optimise where needed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Report clearly on performance, drawing out insights, conclusions and recommendations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safeguard the quality of deliverables from marketers, copywriters, designers and more<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">PROJECT MANAGEMENT<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Plan and coordinate digital projects from start to finish<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for your clients, translating briefings into concrete deliverables<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Guide and support team members across marketing, design and development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor scope, timelines, resources and reporting for each project<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Juggle multiple projects and keep your cool in a dynamic environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">LEADERSHIP &amp; TEAM DEVELOPMENT<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Coach and support junior\/medior team members in marketing and project roles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Help optimise our marketing approach and team structure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contribute to the development of our service offering and team growth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>",
