Rombouts launched the “Quality, always at hand” campaign to introduce a coffee subscription for consumers wanting convenience without sacrificing quality. Customers receive their favorite coffee at home, with the option to adjust or pause their subscription anytime.

The challenge

Rombouts tasked us with launching and promoting their new coffee subscription—a first for the brand in product and digital experience. We aimed to reach loyal customers and a younger audience seeking ease, flexibility, and sustainability, while maintaining the brand’s premium image.

OUR APPROACH

We avoided traditional coffee imagery and placed Rombouts in bold, unexpected settings to grab attention and highlight the message: quality coffee is always within reach.

The campaign combined striking visuals with the tagline “Quality, always at hand,” reinforcing the subscription’s convenience.

This concept ran on a conversion-focused landing page and targeted ads, standing out with a modern, playful style while clearly communicating subscription benefits.
